capability to explain NDB homing, holding. procedure turns, and
approach procedures.
-Lack of appropriate reference
manuals and documents.
-Lack of knowledge of aircraft performance capabilities and associated
airspeeds; disorientation.-Failure to properly tune, identify
and confirm the operational status of ground and aircraft navigation
equipment.
-Failure to comply with clearance, and/or failure to notify ATC
if unable to comply.
-Unable to maintain aircraft within specified parameters of airspeed,
altitude and heading.
-Descends below DH.
-Improper transition to a normal landing approach for a controlled
descent to the runway of intended use.
